Down by 1 with 39 seconds to go, Norris Cole committed one of the worst inbound fails I've ever seen. He inbounded the ball to  Hassan Whiteside who passed the ball back to Cole and then Cole told Whiteside to go out of bounds and then passed him the ball...out of bounds! Heat Lose by 1.

Even this play would have been less embarrassing.

Oh well, Norris can expect to be on the next episode of Shaqtin' a Fool.
