Joseph Toye averaged 18 points, six rebounds for Chicago's Whitney Young HS Dolphins. Named First Team All-City (Chicago) and ranked in ESPN 100, Toye developed a great deal over his high school career. The athletic, high-flying 6'7 4-star swingman is now headed to play college basketball in the SEC at Vanderbilt.
